wonderful holiday experience
recent refurbishmentlarge balconylimited information
the hotel refurbishment was of a high standard the room included a separate living area bedroom kitchen and bathroom everything felt spacious i especially enjoyed the large balcony thomas gave us a personal tour of the dining room he explained all amenities and food choices staff maintained cleanliness throughout the day shops and restaurants were a short walk away
the notices about the nightly entertainment were limited improving this would enhance the guest experience i hope this gets better as the holiday season progresses providing clearer information would help guests plan their evenings better and participate more fully in the activities offered

the location is super central I could easily reach shops restaurants plus the beach on foot! i never waited long for a taxi thanks to the nearby taxi ranks. the apartment felt safe and secure adding to my peace of mind!

The location was great. It was close to the beach and shopping areas! I found the staff quite helpful, especially at reception when I needed assistance with a minor issue.
The room fans did not provide adequate cooling during the warmer afternoons.
